Dr. Han presented two studies at the 45th IEEE International Conference on Plasma Science (ICOPS 2018) held at Denver, CO. One talk focused on “Current Coupling via Electron Emission in Fast and Mesothermal Ion Beams”. The other talk focused on the development progress of the PIFE-PIC code.
Our paper, “Immersed Finite Element Particle-in-Cell Simulations of Plasma Charging at the Lunar Terminator”, was published online at AIAA Journal of Spacecraft and Rockets. [link]
